Great size apartments with good kitchen facility and a seperate seating/tv area. Good sized bathroom with the addition of slippers and bath robe a lovely surprise. Air conditioning available and most welcome as it was warm when we visited Geneva. Very friendly welcome on arrival and anytime we came back to our apartment. Great location in terms of getting around . Most areas within walking distance but also had tram and bus outside.

Location: two streets back from the lake, trams and high end shopping. Also, steps (up hill) from historic and beautiful old town. Perfect spot! Hotel: suites were very clean, well appointed contemporary apartment with incredibly friendly front desk personnel that function like a hotel. It was perfect for our family to have a kitchen and more space.

Location was excellent. A few blocks to lake Geneva, plenty of bus and tram stops within a 2-3 min walk, hotel is right on a major shopping street. Studio was very roomy with a separate living room, kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, good size fridge, toaster, but no oven. Full set of nice dishes and utensils. Bathroom was large with a nice shower. Room was quiet and everything was very clean. AC and heating worked great. There was a nice table in the living room that doubled as a desk and dining table. Across the street there is a nice grocery store that has just about everything one needs to make simple meals.

The location is great. The staff are extremely helpful. They anticipated every need ahead of time. The receptionist was phenomenal. She even went out of her way to help with the laundry facilities. Instead of referring me to another person, she took care of my request with ease. I stayed here twice and I will keep coming back.

We loved everything about it! A comfortable, beautiful, spotless apartment in a superb location and the staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for dinner nearby and were so friendly and welcoming. It is very centrally located so easy to walk to the lake and the old town, and also well connected by public transport- including an easy bus ride from the airport and a nice area called Carouge where we enjoyed Sunday brunch. I would definitely stay there again and hope to return. Soon!!

Location location location. 5 to 10 mins easy walk to places of interests in Old Town. Place is right in the middle of town so shops, cafes & trams are within reach Apartment is spacious & well equipped. Beds are so comfy. Our unit is on 1st floor, just next to the laundry room whuch is free by the way! Happy about that.., Both gym & breakfast cafe are also on the 1st floor A big shout out to Pauline. She was so welcoming with an infectious big hearty laugh. Thank you for teaching me the basic french words. Lovely lady

The location is ideal. The trams, buses and stores are a few feet away. The place is clean and uses good products in the kitchenette and bathroom. I especially want to thank Malik for all his help. He was able to arrange our taxi to the airport, recommend restaurants and answer any questions we had. This is a place I would definitely want to stay again.
